Heza Christmas- a little later.

I believe this is 1972, so I was 13 months. Red and white Gingham? Where's my hood, ma? What big teeth you have Grandma! heehee. Of course, i had my obligatory mary jane shoes. I wore those things until I was about 8. The dog's head in the corner was our Weimeraner, Val. We had several, and my parents bred them. I don't really remember Val, but we had one named Sam, that I really loved.

Heza Christmas- The Early Years

As early as one can get I suppose. I am less than 1 month old here, but I have a huge stocking already. LOL. I have another picture where there is a dress for me next to my carrier, speaking of which, how safe was that cheap plastic monstrosity? How did we not all fall out and crack open our skulls? I'm not even sure it had a belt in it. LOL Love the cardboard fireplace also, how 70's chihc? I do not know who or what the Oscar te grouch thing is for. I was too young, my brother would have been 6, so possibly for him.

Christmas Circa 1944

Here's a picture I found while searching for something else. This is my mother, the baby eating the christmas bulb *OMG* with my Aunt carol, with bow in hair and doll.
I am assuming my Mom is about 18 months here or so. hard to tell, and no date on pic, but her bday is March 17th, and she doens't look much older than 1 here.

Enjoy. maybe more vintage holiday pics coming.

I found these on the camera. I suppose Chris was fiddling with camera setitngs,( which he loves to do) but they came out weird, but cool, and eeeyyeeww the spider ison there too. CREEPPYYY!!!!

Face Plant Moby

This didn't last long because I think he was suffocating himself, but I did get the shot.

Christmas Tree o'Lang style

Here's our two trees. The one we have a camera that allows you to take B&W shots, but still have one color show. If you look close you can see the green lights are colored. Nifty, huh? We still need to figure out how to change the selected color though. The little tree was supposed to be for my work, but the bastards said we weren't allowed to have one, so I bagged it and brought it home, since I paid for it. I like it though, it's small, only 6 ft tall and skinny, but I like the all white and blue decorations. :) So, it's our dining room tree. LOL

Christmas Laughs!

I got this card form one of my friends. She knows I am a bit homesick, and figured this would cheer me up. I had to post it since it's such a hoot!
Inside says
You got a problem with dat?
Merry Christmas to yooz all!

Birthday Pressies!

Well, it's been a few weeks already, so I figured I had better get this up here, before I completely forgot.

Besides my wonderful orange iPod Nno that Chris got me, now filled with 1 1/2 days of Christmas music. I also received the Sleeping Beauty DVD that I've been craving. It's my 2ND favorite Disney movie, and I was so stoked it came out on DVD. I can't wait to finally be able to watch it. I need a Disney day!

I got a mysterious package in the mail a few days before my birthday though. Having no idea what it was, I, of course, opened it immediately. Inside was the most cute, most wonderful, awesomest gift! A primitive Christmas Eeyore statue that my dear friends, Steve & Lydia sent me. Now they had the forethought, way back in Sept when Lydia was visiting Steve, when they went to Disneyland, to think of my bday, 2 months in the future, purchase this, and have it sent right before the big day! Thank you so much guys. I absolutely adore him and here is his pic, right smack in the middle of our Christmas display!
